Privacy policy

Draft for legal review before launch.

We process as little personal data as possible, in line with the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD. The data controller is the website owner shown in the Legal notice.

Families: no accounts, no children’s data

Anonymous statistics

We count how often camp pages are viewed, how often visitors go to an organiser’s website or tap its phone, email or WhatsApp, and how often a camp is added to a comparison. We record only the camp, the type of action and the date — no IP addresses, no cookies and nothing that identifies you. We use these counts to improve the directory and to show organisers how many families we send them.

We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors; it only gives aggregate figures (pages, countries, devices).

Organisers

When an organiser sends the listing form, we store the organisation name, CIF, type, region, website, email and phone in order to verify the organisation and contact it about its listing. Legal basis: the organiser’s request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep this data while the listing is active and for up to one year after it ends.

Our crawler collects only business facts about camps from public pages: dates, prices, ages, languages and the organiser’s public contact details.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the contact email in the Legal notice. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
